Simply follow these steps to order online:
Add products to shopping basket
Add all required products with the correct quantities to the shopping basket remembering to make sure that you have picked the right delivery options and updating your basket each time.
Once you have selected all of the product/s you wish to order, you can proceed to the checkout.
Click on checkout to go ahead with the order.
If you are an existing customer, log in using your user name and password. If you have forgotten your username & password please email or call us immediately.
If you are a new customer, you will need to create an account
If you have placed an order for a personalised product you will need to enter your personalisation details at this stage of the order process. You will see two options; one for image upload and the other for entering text. Please enter the details according to the product you have ordered. For example, if you have ordered a mug that you wish to have an image personalisation, please upload to the image upload box. If we have any problems with your image or text we will contact you to resolve the issue before your product is created. The image below shows what will appear underneath each of your products in your basket that have the personalised option:
We can deliver to any UK mainland addresses as well as International destinations. You are required to select the appropriate delivery option when placing your order. We reserve the right to suspend orders when the wrong delivery options has been chosen and we will contact you to discuss this.
Online secure payment
This website is designed for all customers to pay via our online secure HSBC Credit Card payment system, Global Iris. We accept payments using Visa, Mastercard, Solo Maestro, Visa Delta.
In the event that this is not possible for you, we hare happy to accept a cheque payment but will need to wait until the payment has cleared before despatching goods ordered.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming the details awaiting despatch.

We aim to despatch your order within 10 working days of receipt but we reserve the right to extend this timeframe for orders over £100.00
Owing to the nature of the clothes and gifts we supply & the time of year, we are not able to hold large volumes of all our lines in all sizes at all times. In the event that we are unable to supply something you have ordered within 10 working days, we will inform you within 48 hours of receiving your order to offer a suitable alternative.
When ordering online an email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order together with a full breakdown of costs and an order reference number.
